It was ok but takes a while to get going

I had really low expectations going in so that likely colored my experience watching it.

The pacing and writing felt a bit uneven, but once the inevitable robot killing begins it picks up slightly, but it still lacks the tension and suspense found in better films like M3GAN (2023) and, of course, Terminator (1984).

Megan Fox was pretty good as a killer emotionless robot, and the rest of the cast did well.

There really is not much to say other than that. All in all, it's a decent one-time watch if you enjoy sci-fi/android/AI stories.

6/10

Random aside: For the first 10 minutes or so I thought that the main character was Oscar Issac, but it's another actor named Michele Morrone. They should play in a movie together as brothers or something.

Thanks for posting your thoughts. I enjoyed M3GAN. Not holding out hopes for this but I'm sure I'll catch it at some point.

It’s less trashy than you think it would be. Just one sex scene add it’s partly obscured. Why? This is a R movie.
Megan Fox was fine but the guy Michele Morrone was terrible. The last twenty minutes get crazy and I’ll admit I wanted more of that. Maybe in a sequel.
