Just curious if anybody who's seen this has also seen The Equalizer? I saw The Equalizer and seemed like a more brutal version of the Taken movies (no PG-13 there). I haven't seen Taken 3 yet.

Someone who says stupid things to get a reaction...like saying either Taken sequel is better than The Equalizer.

It might not be much like the series and it might go stupid in the last act...but still...

It's about the same, neither were impressive but served a purpose... of sorts, mindless generic popcorn action sorts

Nobody reads books anymore! Movies are always better, especially sequels 

Equalizer was better only because Denzel's character is a more complex man which makes for a more interesting story.
