No Time to Bomb

if this bombs for whatever reason (covid, too woke, etc) like TSS has just done it will be the 1st time a Bond film has bombed EVER (even LtK made decent money in 1989 despite ppl saying it bombed*) and could very well mark the end of the franchise (for good not just a long gap like LtK-GE) no bothering with a new 007 for Bond 26 (as Broccoli and Wilson might be like y'know what in this new era of streaming Bond just aint gonna work and who we gonna get now anyway to take over from D Craig so fcuk it let it go)

Zero chance this will happen. Even if the movie bombs hard, eventually we will get a reboot. Hollywood is too creatively bankrupt to permanently retire such an iconic character. The last Fantastic Four bombed pretty hard and they're already developing a reboot

Worst case scenario they could just go back to the Casino Royale/Jason Bourne route and make it a bit more grounded and keep the budget down and hire an unknown to a multi-picture deal and save on salary

Hollywood is not always ingenious when it comes to storytelling, but it's often ingenious when it comes to exploiting marketable IPs

yeah i guess if NTTD does bomb hard and lies dormant for a while (say 2 years) maybe a reboot involving doing accurate adaptations of the novels set in the 50s/60s. maybe a stream series with Fassbender as a totally screen accurate Fleming Bond

TSS? What the freak is TSS? The Secret Service? The Suicide Squad? What? Why don't you complete the whole title for posterity?
