Get Matt Smith lol by the time you do make this one and it doesn't do well you will think its because people are tired of Bond movies and Bond is outdated. when it was people are tired of how much money it took to get Daniel Craig as Bond and the waiting waiting
I don’t know...I’d rather see Connery sitting on a lounge chair at a resort in the Bahamas writing his memoirs and sipping a piña colada...the camera pans to the chapter title page(the film title)...and fade to the action and eventual music sequence.
At the end after the credits....have Lazenby, Brosnan, Dalton and a bevy of beauties walk past as they take their place on the beach...deservedly & happily retired from MI5.
I reckon this movie will do very well financially.
4 year gap between QoS and Skyfall and the wait just made people rush out for it. Spectre was the 6th highest grossing movie of 2015, in a year that had Star Wars, Jurassic World, The Avengers and a Fast & Furious movie.
Throw in Rami Malek as the villain and this movie is printing money regardless of quality.
Craig really needs to give it up after this one though. Heck after this one just wait for Christopher McQuarrie to be done writing and directing Mission Impossible 7 and 8 and get him on board for a Bond overhaul.
I doubt Rami Malek will even be in the movie at this point. They will probably have to re-cast his role because there is no time in the production schedule for Craig and Malek to work on set together at the same time. So unless they want to abruptly fire Craig and re-cast Bond immediately, I think Rami is going to get paid in full to walk away and we will see a new villain in his place.
I agree these last few Bond movies have been crap but since these newer Bond movies keep on raking in the dough how can they possibly get rid of Daniel Craig?
