Given the fervent feminist orthodoxy ruling Hollywood, how will they castrate a classically sexist character like Bond? And I use the word sexist loosely. Will he use a consent app on his phone before screwing the films femme fatale?

Yes, I expect this will be the very last of Bond as we know him. This film is going to be a goodbye for all the fans of 007. Whatever they do next, even if they stick to formula, it's going to be refurbished to current culture shifts.

Just because there aren't any other actors who can play butch, tough, hard, masculine, and badass as well as Craig. All other actors look like weenies next to him, so the fact is that the next Bond is going to look like a weenie in comparison to Craig no matter who they cast.
And that's going to call for a reconception of the character, my guess is that they'll use more tech and fewer fists after Craig leaves.

That’s my point. He appeared on the CW show, Arrow, this season and his agility and physical prowess put Craig and Moore to shame, and he matched Steve Amell no problem. After that I learned he has a ballet background. The first movie Bond, Connery, was often described as being “cruelly handsome,” which I think is accurate. It also describes Paul. Today, we have to settle for an actor who “doesn’t look like a pussy.” It May be time to end the franchise.”
shareLet's get real here. The next Bond is an actor who hopefully will look like he's in the prime of life for the next 10-20, so they'll want someone 35 or less. They're already having problems with Craig's age, as he's younger than Adrian Paul (51 vs. 59), but looks older and less healthy. Now Paul may look like a fantastically hip and fit mature man, but they really do want to keep the next Bond actor for the next 10, 15, or 20 years, and get a film out of him every few years. That would make Paul 70 or 80 by the time he does his last film!
So he may be awesome, but he's not getting that particular job. My personal choice is Adrian Turner, who is charismatic and dangerous, although in a feral and slightly androgynous way that makes him very different than Craig. He's 42, which is probably a little older than they're looking, but they'll probably go for an unknown.
It's not even really speculation at this point. The writers have clearly said that they are adding explicit #metoo content, whatever that even means. Maybe he will be killed or castrated by a woman for sleeping around? Your guess is as good as mine.

shareIn Canada we have these totalitarian kangaroo courts called human rights tribunals. I'm not sure if the UK has those, but perhaps Bond can be found guilty and end up in jail for making an off-colour joke.
Didn't Bond already have something of a #metoo moment though? Judi Dench's M scolded him for being a misogynist dinosaur or whatever she said in GoldenEye, and that was seen as Bond finally getting with the times. I don't know why EON feels the need to constantly ride these cultural waves, but with the constant delays, #metoo will be a thing of the past by the time this film even gets released and our dumb culture will have already moved on to the next liberal fad.
I believe the UK has laws and courts for this kind of thing.
There was a bit of a 90s politically correct hand wave with M in GoldenEye. It was just for two or three minutes, though, and then Bond was back to his old shenanigans. I don't know what they're going to attempt with Bond 25 and the metoo movement. It could be fine (like GoldenEye), untraceable (ie, they have him flirt and she actually initiates so he's not "a creeper" or something (not that I think he's a creeper)), or overbearing and obnoxious (stopping the film in the middle to do an advert for metoo and/or having Bond receive "enthusiastic verbal consent" for every item of clothing he removes).
Frankly, I don't think Bond films have anything to apologise for at present. Craig's Bond has never treated women really badly. He callously refers to Vesper as a bitch at the end of Casino Royale, but he's obviously still hurting and lashing out from feeling betrayed. He sleeps with women, but never forcefully. He uses another woman for information (also CR) but that's a spy thing. And Judi Dench had a strong presence in the first films (particularly Skyfall). In short: he's Bond and he'll always be a womaniser, but they've beveled all the nastier edges off for the 21st century already.
No alcohol , and bond will hit on men now with a special ky jelly applicator that shoots out of his cufflinks...
