Remember when Spectre was Craig's "last Bond film"?
Now he's saying this one is definitely his last one.
shareNow he's saying this one is definitely his last one.
shareits going to be Bond can no longer compete with The better spy series MI Series also He enjoys playing Benoit Blanc he is signed for a Sequel and possible series
shareLIKE JASON VOORHEES...HE JUST CAN'T STOP KILLING IT.
shareNTTD probably won't be the last one either.
shareYou might be right, considering that Tom Cruise is going on 25 years as playing Ethan Hunt in M.I.
It's akin to Sly Stallone refusing to put the story of Rocky to bed.
There is a game that's played every time a Bond actor finishes a movie and negotiations start for tge next one. It happened with all of the actors playing Bond.
Basically if the current movie is successful, the actors agents will always push for more money. It happens pretty much every time an actor has a hit and the studio want them to make another one, a sequel etc.
And its largely driven by the agents...remember they stand to make more money...the higher the salary the higher the percentage for the agent.
And one of the standard tactics is for the actor to declare they will not make another one. That puts them in a bargaining position with the studios. If the studio wants them, they will up the fee. It can backfire, but most agents are savvy enough to know how far they can push it.
He was already contracted for 5 movies anyway.
