Men can watch whatever they want.
But I do know what you mean. The audience is probably mostly women, though men watch it too. My best guess, if you're asking this question, you'll probably find it too geared toward women for your own taste. The guys who like it aren't asking, they just start watching.

My boyfriend watched, and enjoyed, all the seasons with me. And he generally hates my "girly" shows. I'd say guys can enjoy it too, if for nothing else but the mass amounts of Boobs and lesbian sex.

Straight men definitely can. My fiancé loves this show.
Most action movies feature guys as the main protagonist and any gender can enjoy those. It's not about the gender (or ethnicity etc), just how well written it is.
