Why has no one mentioned that Navarro raped her boyfriend?

He wanted to stop and not come in her. Yet she restrains him and continue forcing him to come in her.

But everything is good because she buys him a sponge Bob toothbrush?

I couldn’t sympathize with anything related to her after that.
