I see SIX NEW movies in cinemas EACH week, and I walked out of this one!

Can you imagine how bad it must have been??

Ten minutes of this tripe was enough to convince me I haven't seen worse acting - or script. Directing and cinematography were also at an all time low. I'd never walked out of a movie before (and I watch absolutely everything) - but out of this I just had to.

I feel sorry for the people that watch such "movies" and give them raving reviews.

I don't think one can give a proper review of an entire move if one walks out of it within the first 10 minutes. This movie changes paces and developed as the movie progressed. This is by far not a unique thing. There are tons of film classics which start off real slow and develop as they progress.

Frances Ha started off as a sort of Woody Allen movie and developed and picked up paces as it went along. I would probably suggest go see it again in its entirety on Netflix or something and give it a second review based on the full experience.

That being said, I don't get what all the hoopla and 4/5 star reviews were all about with this film when it came out. It's not that great.

So you couldn't give a proper review of the Room, Birdemic, Plan 9 from Outer Space, or a Uwe Boll movie within the first 10 minutes? You'd need to watch the entire thing before you knew the movie was garbage?
