Agent goes in without summoning backup
Agent lives all alone with no security
Agent thinks chain will keep out intruders
Agent goes out alone after hearing noise

She's a rookie FBI agent. Why would she have private security?

The finale explains why some of her actions occur (not going to spoil it)

Private security? I mean 'security' as in 'a security system'. Something more than a chain lock on the door.
