- Oddity is the finest horror effort so far.
- Abigail is another entertaining movie from 'radio silence'. A lot of fun.
- MaXXXine was a bit of a let down but it has a fun factor to it and I see myself rewatching it more than some of the other efforts this year.
- Longlegs was alright but didn't live up to the hype.
- A Quiet Place: Day One was fine.
- Immaculate was a decent movie but nothing special.
- The First Omen was a let down. I can see why some really like it but it didn't do much for me.
- The Watchers was a true Shyamalan style movie. Interesting though flawed.
- Late Night with the Devil was cute but not that good.
- In a Violent Nature was a gimmick and nothing more.
- The Strangers: Chapter 1 was a routine generic home-invasion style slasher.
- Imaginary was just an okay PG-13 style Blumhouse horror.
- Night Swim is in the same boat as Imaginary but not as good.
