The movie takes place after what seems like an economy collapse, not an Apocalypse. Those are two very different things.
Stand up for what is right, even if you are standing alone.
Have to admit, I missed any gay undertones the film gave.
I recognised the guy with his head on the other guy's lap (after initially thinking it was a woman) but didn't give it much thought after that - its not really something given much focus.
And the boy being pimped out I just considered due to the dire financial and living conditions of the film's world. Gay fo' pay.
the only "gay" action I noticed was the 2 guys selling food and drinks etc. the guy laying on the bed has no shirt on in the first scene and then he's got it on in the second. Wasn't even sure they shared that bed and was probably left intentionally "open ended" lol
