Former Texas Gov and LBJ's lapdog John Connally was buried in 1993 with MORE bullet fragments that were from what was actually missing from the "magic bullet". The family REFUSED to have them removed. They are visible in his x-rays. More fragments means more bullets which means more guns and hence... a conspiracy. Look it up yourself.
Apparently some found the lone nutter theory and the Warren Commission laughable, including the Presidents of the US.
George H.W. Bush Sr (former owner of the Zapata Oil Company [a CIA corporate cover for anti-Castro operations including the Operation 40 and Operation Zapata], the former director of the CIA, the 41st President) laughing when he mentions "a deluded gun-man assassinated President Kennedy" at Gerald Ford's funeral:
So what is so funny about a deluded gunman who assassinated President Kennedy? Why George Bush Sr was laughing at his own words at another President, General Ford's funeral ? What is so funny about it? George Bush knows things that we don't about the assassination of Kennedy?
Gerald Ford was a Warren Commission member and the 38th president and 40th Vice President, that became the first and to date only person to have served as both Vice President and President of the United States without being elected by the Electoral College. Ford was the first person appointed to the Vice Presidency under the terms of the 25th Amendment to serve under Richard Nixon, after Spiro Agnew resigned. And upon Richard Nixon's (the 36th Vice President under Eisenhower who lost presidency to JFK and the 37th President after LBJ) resignation due to the Watergate Scandal, Ford became the president and granted pardon for Nixon.
Nixon (VP of Eisenhower that gave head-start to (b)Operation 40(/b) with Allen Dulles) was trying to protect E. Howard Hunt (the former CIA supervisor of the "misguided" anti-Castro operations including the Operation 40, was one of the head suspects at the JFK assassination, and later part of Nixon's Plumber's Unit that got arrested with his hands dirty as one of the Watergate burglars) by stopping the FBI from further investigating the issue.
Gerald Ford was put on the Warren Commission by LBJ together with Allen Dulles (the former director of the CIA that served under Eisenhower and JFK, and fired by JFK because of the Bay of Pigs fiasco, the father of the Anti-Castro operations including the Operation 40, also the father of the CIA's Operation MKUltra (a.k.a Operation Mind Control - remember the movie The Manchurian Candidate?):
The phone conversation between LBJ and Gerald Ford (Gerald Ford on Warren Commission): http://youtu.be/8RCczaSKs9Y
As a member of the Warren Commission, Gerald Ford is the one responsible for moving the Kennedy back wound and lying about it so everything fits the single bullet theory:
Gerald Ford Moving the JFK Back Wound (Interview from June 30th, 2005, with former FBI agent James W. Sibert, one of the two FBI agents who attended President Kennedy's autopsy at Bethesda Naval Hospital ...): http://youtu.be/GDNZBfPkbPk
Of-course, besides the bullet, the wounds there are so many things that the Warren Commission falsified in order to cover up, including the fake photos of Harvey Lee Oswald holding up the rifle. LBJ wanted a result from the Warren Commission, which was "Oswald Did It Alone".
Let's check out Gerald Ford's involvement in the Kennedy Assassination to see if we can gather a clue why George Bush was laughing when he mentions "a deluded gun-man assassinated Kennedy" at Ford's funeral: http://youtu.be/sifuOyFSfwQ
LBJ himself did not believe in the findings of the Warren Commission:
Walter Cronkite interviews LBJ (LBJ makes an incredible mistake with his first answer by undermining the purpose of his Warren Commission) http://youtu.be/xd1wuXrVPjo
and obviously LBJ did not stop at Warren Commission: Cover up in progress - Phone call between LBJ and JEH (Phone conversation between Lyndon B. Johnson and J. Edgar Hoover) http://youtu.be/Tosw3kKsKDY
Bobby Kennedy (brother of JFK, the 64th US Attorney General, was a leading candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination in the 1968 election who was also assassinated) asking LBJ why he killed his brother:
Well guess the lone-nutter, or a deluded gun-man assassinating President Kennedy is laughable alright.
Very powerful devils killed JFK and played their parts in his assassination. I believe assassination of Kennedy in Dallas, not only changed the course of history of America but the world. That of-course is not a laughable matter, and only the truth will set us free !!!
I have done most of the reading you have suggested. I still can't believe there are people who actually believe LHO was the lone shooter. Now at the end of "Parkland" it is shown that Agent James Hosty burned Oswald's file. It is quite obvious it was not a large file. Now, they say there are 50,000 (revealed) documents regarding Oswald. Can there be any doubt that there was indeed a cover-up? Almost every poll or survey indicate a high percentage of doubt. I believe somewhere between 70-80%.
What is new for me is the great possibility that Oswald was receiving money for employment of $200 a month. Regardless what the Warren commission decided to ignore.
You say that only the truth will set you free. It may be there in Mrs. Kennedy's documents, but I believe Caroline Kennedy will be around for a long time. Some of you will find out the truth, but I won't be around.

The truth is out there ... and I think some of us already found out the truth and don't think that you're too far behind
BTW I highly recommend Stephen Kinzer's latest book "The Brothers - John Foster Dulles, Allen Dulles, and Their Secret World War" ...
Cspan - Published on Nov 7, 2013 Our guest is journalist and author Stephen Kinzer to discuss his most recent book titled, "The Brothers: John Foster Dulles, Allen Dulles, and Their Secret World War."
I'll have what bird3303 is drinking. Most of the participants here lean towards the concept that LHO was not the lone shooter. Would belief that the CIA or FBI had some part in it actually disrespect President Kennedy? Why?
Lots of reasons. JFK fired top CIA people after the Bay of Pigs fiasco: Allen Dulles and Charles Cabell. Dulles and Cabell hated Kennedy. Dulles was on the Warren Commission, and Cabell's brother was the mayor of Dallas. Kennedy felt that the CIA had too much power and wanted to disband it. This was not a popular idea within the CIA.
Kennedy was going to force J. Edgar Hoover to retire in 1964. Hoover didn't want to retire, and hated both John and Robert Kennedy with a passion. By contrast, he was BFF with Lyndon Johnson.
Please consider the possibility that Lee Oswald shot NOBODY. He had no motive.
By contrast, Dulles, Cabell, Hoover and Johnson all benefited tremendously from Kennedy's death.
Exactly DrGerbil... and so did LBJ, Nixon, Gerald Ford and the Bush family ...
I watched Stephen Kinzer as a guest talking about his new book "The Brothers - John Foster Dulles, Allen Dulles, and Their Secret World War" on C-Span last thursday:
I'm sure you'll find the TV interview above and the book very interesting too ...
Here's some book excerpts:
During the 1950s, when the Cold War was at its peak, two immensely powerful brothers led the United States into a series of foreign adventures whose effects are still shaking the world. John Foster Dulles was secretary of state while his brother, Allen Dulles, was director of the Central Intelligence Agency. In this book, Stephen Kinzer places their extraordinary lives against the background of American culture and history. He uses the framework of biography to ask: Why does the United States behave as it does in the world? http://us.macmillan.com/thebrothers-1/StephenKinzer
I learned many new things on Dulles brothers. For example, one common thing between the two brothers was "holding a grudge" and how they carried it in to the office ... These two brothers both simply couldn't let it go until they made the other party suffer ... And how Vietnam war was part of that grudge thing that they had ...
Their hatred against the Catholics ... Ironically, John F. Dulles's son became a Catholic cardinal ... and how that was totally unacceptable for John Dulles because for him Catholics were nothing but Devil's worshippers ...
I knew that the Dulles airport was named after John Foster Dulles, but had no idea about the background story.
When John Foster Dulles died on May 24, 1959, a bereft nation mourned more intensely than it had since the death of Franklin Roosevelt fourteen years before. Thousands lined up outside the National Cathedral in Washington to pass by his bier. Dignitaries from around the world, led by Chancellor Konrad Adenauer of West Germany and President Chiang Kai-shek of Taiwan, came to the funeral. It was broadcast live on the ABC and CBS television networks. Many who watched agreed that the world had lost, as President Eisenhower said in his eulogy, “one of the truly great men of our time.”
Two months later, Eisenhower signed an executive order decreeing that in tribute to this towering figure, the new super-airport being built at Chantilly, Virginia, would be named Dulles International. Enthusiasm for this idea waned after Eisenhower left the White House in 1961. The new president, John F. Kennedy, did not want to name an ultra-modern piece of America’s future after a crusty Cold War militant. As the airport neared completion, the chairman of the Federal Aviation Authority announced that it would be named Chantilly International. He left open the possibility that a terminal might be named for Dulles.
That sent partisans into action. One of them was Dulles’s brother, Allen, who had run the Central Intelligence Agency for nearly a decade. Pressure on Kennedy grew, and he finally relented. On November 17, 1962, with both Eisenhower and Allen Dulles watching, he presided over the official opening of Dulles International Airport. http://us.macmillan.com/BookCustomPage_New.aspx?isbn=9780805094978
Anyways one needs to watch that interview to understand the Dulles brothers and how they effected the US, US foreign policy thus the world.
And like you mentioned Kennedy fired CIA director Allen Dulles after the Bay of Pigs fiasco.
At the direction of President Eisenhower, Dulles established Operation 40, comprising 40 officials and agents whose primary area of operations was the Caribbean region, including Cuba. On March 4, 1960, La Coubre, a ship flying a Belgian flag, exploded in Havana Bay. It was loaded with arms and ammunition destined for the armed forces of the Cuban government of Fidel Castro. The explosion killed 75 people and over 200 were injured. Fabian Escalante, an officer of the Department of State Security (G-2), later claimed that this was the first successful act carried out by Operation 40.
During the Kennedy Administration, Dulles faced increasing criticism.[1] The pro-American but unpopular regimes in Iran and Guatemala that Dulles had helped put in place were widely regarded as brutal and corrupt. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allen_Dulles
Richard Nixon was Eisenhower's VP at that time, and he was the originator of Invasion of Cuba just like he promised to his benefactor Prescott Bush.
Several failed assassination plots utilizing CIA-recruited operatives from the Mafia and anti-Castro Cubans directly against Castro undermined the CIA's credibility. The reputation of the agency and its director declined drastically after the Bay of Pigs Invasion fiasco, and Dulles and his staff (including Deputy Director for Plans Richard M. Bissell, Jr. and Deputy Director Charles Cabell) were forced to resign in September 1961.President Kennedy reportedly said he wanted to "splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it into the winds."
One needs to be really naive to think that such powerful devil like Allen Dulles could simply let Kennedy get away with that ... And apparently he did not ... But all these Powerful Devils got away with the murder of JFK and his brother RFK ... Now that's totally un-American and unjust !!!
I did not finish the book yet ... But my understanding is that Stephen Kinzer's The Brothers focuses mainly on the Dulles brothers not the assassination itself ...
This excerpt explains the book very well IMHO:
A joint biography of John Foster Dulles and Allen Dulles, who led the United States into an unseen war that decisively shaped today’s world During the 1950s, when the Cold War was at its peak, two immensely powerful brothers led the United States into a series of foreign adventures whose effects are still shaking the world.
The Brothers explores hidden forces that shape the national psyche, from religious piety to Western movies—many of which are about a noble gunman who cleans up a lawless town by killing bad guys. This is how the Dulles brothers saw themselves, and how many Americans still see their country’s role in the world.
Propelled by a quintessentially American set of fears and delusions, the Dulles brothers launched violent campaigns against foreign leaders they saw as threats to the United States. These campaigns helped push countries from Guatemala to the Congo into long spirals of violence, led the United States into the Vietnam War, and laid the foundation for decades of hostility between the United States and countries from Cuba to Iran.
So even though this book is not about the JFK assassination, it talks about "assassinations" ... So you'll still gather many clues on what was going on ... Also it's a valuable source that leads to the understanding of how the minds of the powerful elite work ...
Also please check out the C-Span's Stephen Kinzer interview when you have the time ... : http://youtu.be/Mxw0B8wgoQU
Here's a quick excerpt from the Kindle version of "The Brothers":
A week later, Johnson called. He wanted Allen to serve on a high-level panel that would investigate the assassination— the Warren Commission.
Johnson told friends in Congress that the Kennedy assassination had “some foreign complications, CIA and other things.” Placing Allen on the Warren Commission ensured that these “complications” would remain secret. Allen never told the other members of the Warren Commission that the CIA had plotted to kill Castro, or revealed what it knew about Kennedy’s accused assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald. He advised other members of the commission about ways to question CIA officers, while at the same time advising the officers how to reply. By one account he “systematically used his influence to keep the commission safely within bounds, the importance of which only he could appreciate.… From the start, before any evidence was reviewed, he pressed for the final verdict that Oswald had been a crazed gunman, not the agent of a national and international conspiracy.”
Allen was in a unique position: the former director of central intelligence, dismissed by President Kennedy, helping to investigate Kennedy’s murder while guarding the CIA’s own murder plots. Some have found this suspicious.
As the Warren Commission was completing its work, Johnson asked Allen to take on a very different mission. On June 20, 1964, three civil rights workers disappeared in Mississippi.
Kinzer, Stephen (2013-10-01). The Brothers: John Foster Dulles, Allen Dulles, and Their Secret World War (Kindle Locations 5462-5473). Henry Holt and Co.. Kindle Edition.
Again this book is a biography of the Dulles brothers and not a book on JFK Assassination ... But still Kinzer nailed it IMHO ...
BugraC - I haven't yet read "The Brothers" either 'tho it's on my Kindle & waiting :) Wondering if you've come across anything there, or anywhere else, for that matter, about the identity of or search for the person who impersonated Oswald at the Soviet Embassy in Mexico City. This was a key concern as early as the day after JFK was shot as expressed by Hoover himself in his conversation with LBJ on 11/22/63 http://history-matters.com/archive/jfk/lbjlib/phone_calls/Nov_1963/htm l/LBJ-Nov-1963_0030a.htm where Hoover states clearly that there wasn't enough evidence to convict Oswald at that point. The matter was glossed over in the aftermath of Oswald's own death. I haven't found an explanation anywhere that explains why they didn't go after this person. After all, what earthly reason would anyone want to impersonate LHO as someone demanding a quick Russian visa?

Ccpeck - "The Brothers" is an amazing biography on Dulles brothers so far, and it definitely is a must read ... But the Mexico City incident is not there (I did a quick search on the Kindle version) ...
One day after the JFK Assassination, Hoover actually told LBJ that it wasn't Oswald's voice.
Hoover told President Johnson that his agents listened to the tapes after the assassination and it wasn’t Oswald’s voice. http://tinyurl.com/MexicoCity-PC-LBJ-JEH
I think you can find the answers to your Qs in this book: "State Secret Wiretapping in Mexico City, Double Agents, and the Framing of Lee Oswald" by Bill Simpich
They are releasing the book chapter by chapter online ... 4 chapters released so far ...
I'm sure you'll find the the 1st chapter: "The Double Dangle" also interesting: "Oswald and another defector named Robert Webster were used as “dangles” to learn more about Soviet military plans and to unearth “moles”"
BugraC, I want to thank you for the links to Bill Simpich's work in progress on the Mary Ferrell site. I've just spend some time absorbing this new (to me) information and I kept saying "aha!" over and over again as I read on. It's clear now why the Warren Commission wasn't given the truth about Oswald's "doppleganger" double dangle visitation to Mexico City, why Anne Goodpasture lied to the Commission, how they were able to manipulate Oswald and what was at stake had they allowed the public to know what they were doing. Of course, that's not to say it was right. I find it the height of arrogance and barbarism that any group of people would take it upon themselves to commit such an obscene crime out of sheer revenge. JFK, was our duly elected President and this act altered our history for the worse, perhaps permanently.
It took some effort to digest these meticulously detailed and carefully written albeit generously peppered with gov't agency alphabet soup chapters. Indeed I wasn't surprised to learn that our top counterintelligence agent, William Harvey was a good buddy of Ian Fleming, 'tho I kept thinking John LeCarre as I read through. Looking forward to more chapters from Simpich. Thanks again!
You're very welcome Ccpeck ... I'm glad to hear that you found answers to some of your questions in Bill Simpich's work.
I find it also interesting that Oswald's name was left on the "defector" documents and other defector Robert Webster's (who I might add looks just like Lee) name was omitted
"You are an ignorant and brainless troll who has the intelligence of a little chimpanzee."
I ask in all sincerity, does your post have a purpose. Does it contribute to our discussion? I certainly don't see ANYONE getting demolished. Just my 2 cents worth.
Yes, because saying it was a huge government conspiracy with the equally accompanying enormous cover-up lasting fifty years and counting is so much saner and more logical.....
Why do americans have such a hard time accepting that sometimes their authorities really are stupid and make mistakes - hence the assassination of Kennedy, his brother, Martin Luther King and even 9/11? I really don't get that they'd rather believe their own government is responsible than accept the facts.

Exactly. I haven't read every response on this thread, but if a single conspiracy buff indicated he/she read Bugliosi, I missed it. The case against LHO, when laid out without the lies and distortions of the conspiracy industry, is overwhelming, and just confirms what common sense tells one.
Precisely; I've read many books about the Kennedy assassination, including the conspiracy theories. None of the latter really produce any evidence except the now debunked 'magic bullet' and the fact a third shot was heard - all the 'evidence' they say they have has been debunked and explained away.
I have done the same with 9/11 and, again, the conspiracy theorists are pointing to bizarre and unsupported 'evidence', all of which has been debunked here as well.
Sometimes bad people just do terrible things; even in America the authorities miss things and terrorists get the upper hand, however temporarily. That doesn't mean the government allowed it to happen, it was a mistake. Personally I think that believing your government allowed an assassination or terrorist attack to happen is actually worse than believing your authorities screwed up.
But that's just me; I'm so weird I'm one of the screwballs who actually believe we did go to the moon, andland on it.

Go away. You're not worth the energy and time it takes to argue with you. It's always the same BS patten with conspiracy theorists: Assertion becomes fact, coincidence becomes conspiracy. Any fact that could support the conspiracy theory is automatically accepted at face value, while any fact that undermines a conspiracy theory is subjected to the most ridiculously high standards of evidence. Every American President who has ever been killed, shot, or even shot at has been the target of a single disturbed individual. Even the plot to kill Lincoln boiled down to one prima donna with delusions of grandeur once the time for direct action actually came.
It really is a no-win proposition, because inconvenient evidence is always part of the "conspiracy", while convenient evidence is always true, no matter what its plausibility. If you point out, for example, that Ruby would have arrived too late to shoot Oswald had Oswald not delayed his transfer by 10 minutes to change his shirt, making Oswald logically complicit in the conspiracy to shoot himself, that just means that this inconvenient fact is put out there to obscure "truth."
As Bugliosi documents, there are at least 50 pieces of hard evidence pointing to LHO's guilt. If LHO were part of a conspiracy, meanwhile, the one certainty is that he would not have had to try to flag down a bus and hide out in a movie theatre after shooting JFK; there would have been a car waiting for him outside the TSBD to whisk him away to his death. No way would he have been allowed to risk capture by the police and the Secret Service. But simple common sense is the last thing conspiracy buffs want you to apply to the assassination.
Despite the efforts of some excellent actors the 'Parkland' film was doomed by an agenda driven, simplistic script.
I've no time to waste arguing with disinfo trolls who sabotage IMDB boards discussing Kennedy assassination movies.
I happen to be an MD with 30+ years experience, various specialties. (Also a veteran & marksman.) Being but a toddler when the JFK assassination happened and in kindergarten when MLK, then RFK were murdered, I didn't much know or care about those events until the 1990s when became good friends with someone I enjoyed teasing about being a CT (conspiracy theorist).
However, I was fair-minded enuff to examine all available factual evidence and was surprised by what was available even in the Warren Commission reports.
Each doctor present at Parkland Hospital's ER on November 22, 1963 described the wound in Kennedy's throat as an entry wound. Even an inexperienced intern can distinguish entry wounds made by a projectile (bullet in this case) from an exit wound. Since each experienced Parkland MD described the wound on President Kennedy's throat as an entry wound I accept their testimonies as factual. Perhaps Americans in general back in 1964 were too dumb to have understood medical testimony in the Warren Report. It looks like not much has changed.
Mr. SPECTER - What did you observe as to the President's condition upon his arrival?
Dr. CARRICO - He was lying on a carriage, his respirations were slow, spasmodic, described as agonal.
Mr. SPECTER - What do you mean by "agonal" if I may interrupt you for just a moment there, Doctor?
Dr. CARRICO - These are respirations seen in one who has lost the normal coordinated central control of respiration. These are spasmodic and usually reflect a terminal patient.
Mr. SPECTER - Would you continue to describe your observations of the President?
Dr. CARRICO - His-- the President's color--I don't believe I said--he was an ashen, bluish, grey, cyanotic, he was making no spontaneous movements, I mean, no voluntary movements at all. We opened his shirt and coat and tie and observed a small wound in the anterior lower third of the neck, listened very briefly, heard a few cardiac beats, felt the President's back, and detected no large or sucking chest wounds, and then proceeded to the examination of his head. The large skull and scalp wound had been previously observed and was inspected a little more closely. There seemed to be a 4-5 cm. area of avulsion of the scalp and the skull was fragmented and bleeding cerebral and cerebellar tissue. The pupils were inspected and seemed to be bilaterally dilated and fixed. No pulse was present, and at that time, because of the inadequate respirations and the apparent airway injury, a cuffed endotracheal tube was introduced, employing a larynzo scope. Through the larynzo scope there seemed to be some hematoma around the larynx and immediately below the larynx was seen the ragged tracheal injury. The endotracheal tube was inserted past this injury, the cuff inflated, and the tube was connected to a respirator to assist the inadequate respiration. At about this point the nurse reported that no blood pressure was obtained.
Mr. SPECTER - Dr. Carrico, with respect to this small wound in the anterior third of the neck which you have Just described, could you be any more specific in defining the characteristics of that wound?
Dr. CARRICO - This was probably a 4-7 ram. wound, almost in the midline, maybe a little to the right of the midline, and below the thyroid cartilage. It was, as I recall, rather round and there were no jagged edges or stellate lacerations.
Malcolm Oliver Perry was the first doctor to attend to President of the United States John F. Kennedy at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas on November 22, 1963 after Kennedy was shot while riding in an open car.
When John F. Kennedy was shot on November 22, 1963, he was taken to Parkland Hospital. Perry was the first doctor to attend to Kennedy, performing a tracheotomy over the small wound in Kennedy's throat. Perry also rendered aid to Texas Governor John Connally, who was travelling in the car with Kennedy and was also shot. Perry stated three times at a press conference later that day that Kennedy's neck wound appeared to be an entrance wound. However, when interviewed by the Warren Commission, Perry said that he now believed that a "full jacketed bullet without deformation passing through the skin would leave a similar wound for an exit and entrance wound and with the facts which you have made available and with these assumptions, I believe that it was an exit wound."
This ultra-rare classic from the vast Vince Palamara archives (trust me, it's humongous!) finds Dr. Robert Shaw, Governor John Connally's chief surgeon, in a Parkland Hospital press conference (WFAA/ ABC tv), telling the amassed news media (and millions in tv land) that "the bullet is in the leg: it hasn't been removed...it will be removed...left thigh...before he goes to the recovery room [note the time sequence!]"...what?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Single Bullet Theory...
