Really? I enjoyed it, especially the first half--pure Ridley Scott gold there. Fantastic character development compared to Prometheus, where too many crew members were wooden or cardboard. Too bad they nearly all died, but it wouldn't be an Alien movie without that aspect. xD

I think expectations are WAY too high for this film! Was everybody expecting it to match or beat the original? There is no way in hell that will ever happen, the original can't be touched. Too much hype with movies nowadays, I guarantee people will bitch about Blade Runner 2 when it comes out. Maybe it's just jaded fan boys that hate these movies, I don't know.
