The absurdity of the mental hospital scenes

For as much as I enjoy the show the whole mental hospital thing was just beyond silly. The show certainly takes some liberties with certain situations but the the writers really went full who gives a *beep* mode with this one.

There's no way in hell Bunchy would be able to just walk right into her room like that in real life. I've visited someone at a place like that once and there's a seperate visitation room. Those places are secure for obvious reasons and as a visitor you don't get to roam as you please. There's no way in hell he would be able to get a wheelchair and take her out of the facility either. That whole scenario was absurd and showed how little respect the writers have for the viewers. Also, if her room would not have had drapes and a lamp with a cord especially if she is suicidal. Ridiculous.

I don't know how the writers will be able to bring the show back down to "reality" anytime soon. Clearly there needs to be a new direction in the writing.

As a number of others have accurately stated, you have no idea what you are talking about.

Even if you were correct...SO WHAT?
