Had all the same little sound beats mixed in there and everything. I like the idea of the show but I found the lead to be particularly... blah. He's so low key he's sleep walking. Hard to get behind it. The weird twins were kinda interesting but only because they sound like Kiefer Sutherland. But yeah, it's House deconstructed into its literal elements of Sherlock and medical show. Really weird. Pretty terrible marketing. I saw 101 promos for Watson, but not one said, "no, THAT Watson." I only checked it out after all the crazy race ranting posts here on the board. Anyhow I love House and i'm open to a new House style show so i'll keep watching for a bit. (They shoulda got the black dude from Lucifer. Looks just like him but he oozes screen appeal.)

Yup. It’s House. Who has always been Sherlock Holmes to Wilson’s Watson. Even the show’s beats are the same. Show the patient first, then put him in the hospital, then intrigue House/Watson, then run a differential, then guess the wrong things, then the patient has a seizure, then Watson solves the case.

Ps: someone here mentioned the set design. I find it dark and creepy and very un-medical. It’s supposed to invoke Holmes and London.
