Amazingly, in 2000, the Cleveland Browns were offered a treasure trove of picks from the New York Jets, but declined the deal to take Penn State defensive end Courtney Brown. Brown went onto become one of the biggest busts in the history of the NFL Draft. This is the story of the biggest draft blunder in Browns history
