The storyline was so atrocious. Yeah, sure the wife and the mistresses can be good friends. Like that would happen in real life. And the whole putting laxative and estrogen in his drinks and the explosive diarrhea? Really? Is this Dumb and Dumber? It just seems so juvenile.

Not to mention the horrible acting jobs by Kate Upton and Niki Minaj! I cringed every time they both had a line in the movie.

The end office room scene was just plain dumb. Walking into a glass wall and have it come crashing down. Just didn't seem funny at all.

How about Mann actually about to forgive her husband? Really? The man had at least 3 affairs and was hiding money behind your back. Just plain ridiculous.

Cameron Diaz just looks old and Leslie Mann is just plain annoying.

All in all, it was a really bad movie and a waste of 2 hours.

I thought it was Okaaay... Not great, but not awful. I like Cameron Diaz in funny movies, and even though she has a very weathered face I think she's still very pretty and her body looks WAAAY better than Kate Upton who has a gorgeous face, but awful body. Leslie Mann - I always like her... something very likable about her... that said the movie was good enough for a boring sunday morning (exactly when I watched it.)

The word "gorgeous" sure as hell doesn't hold the same value it once did, does it.

I went into this movie with high hopes and was sadly disappointed. I don't see how a needy housewife would track down her husbands lover AND then proceed to cry on her shoulder and become best friends with her. THEN find a second mistress and befriend her as well.
The 2 original women planned on getting revenge via hormones/nair/diarrhea, it was a little far fetched. I can see the nair, the guy was really vain and it would have hit him hard to lose his hair. I agree that the diarrhea was a bit too much, it was 'guy' humor in a female driven movie. I expect things like that from Will Ferrell, Jim Carrey ect, not from Cameron Diaz and Leslie Mann.
So then Cameron's character falls for Lesli's characters brother, the 2nd mistress falls for Cameron's dad and Leslie becomes a powerful business woman?

I preferred The Women and First Wives Club to this movie.

I enjoyed it. When something really sucks it feels like a slap in the face every time the jokes fall flat. I never felt that way.

I think I might have liked it because my expectations were low. The last Cameron Diaz movie I had seen was "The Holiday".

I thought Leslie Mann was pretty funny. Her physical comedy was good.
