The final season of Elementary is now airing Friday night at 10PM on NBC. This is much better than its old Sunday night slot, because now it won’t get pushed back by too-long ballgames and be cut off in medias res when the DVR stops recording. GRRRRRrrrrr!

Thursday is much better for me. I never remembered the show was on Sundays, I always missed it.
shareI didn't know there was going to be a new season but luckily my DVR was still programmed to record it, so I saw the first episode. Pretty good. The way it ended, I wonder if Sherlock and Watson will remain in England or find their way back to New York.
And for God's sake Lucy Liu, if you are reading this, get rid of the horrible blonde dye job!
I hope they stay in London. It's nice to have a change of scenery.

If the they stay or if they go, there have solidly republican-established Holmes’ Baker Street roots, opening the door for The Baker Street Irregulars, the Elementary equivalents of Everyone. What a great episode, if Everyone clashes with Irregulars in the series finale. Y’know, this is a broadcast network series, prima facie another CBS police procedure, yet I love it far more than the Robert Downey “Sherlocks.” It’s not King Fu Meets Holmes. To me, it is true to the spirit of Conan Doyle’s World’s Best Consulting Detective. I have faith in Elementary. I hope that you all enjoy it as well.
