Pretty good replay value.

This flick has been in heavy rotation on the cable channels for a while now. I watch bits of it every day. It's a pretty solid disaster flick. Lots of action, not much story. Doesn't get mired in attempts at humor and whatnot. Got some good heart. Everybody gets a chance to shine. As ludicrous as circumstances get, they always feel grounded and plausible however unlikely. As these things go, this is pretty solid. Definitely one of Rock's less obnoxious films. Definitely felt it forgettable upon first viewing, but there's something interesting about it that keeps me coming back. I'll definitely snag this out of the five dollar wally world bin the next time I see it.
