i admit i teared up big time! lol. this movie deftly handles the comedic parts of the movie as most definitely handles the dramatic moments incredibly well. i loved this movie!
shareI was expecting a silly parody, but it was actually a moving dramedy at some points. I will say the script balanced it out well. The parts where Vicki grabbed Gertie's hand before blowing up the room, and when Max and Nancy said their goodbyes were really touching.
sharemahou, i loved that scene with Vickie & Gertie. it was one of my favorite moments in the movie.

shareI was really touched by that too. Vickie was self-absorbed, but not awful. I loved that they comforted each other in the end.

sharei re-watched the movie again last night and for some reason this time i actually did kind of cry at the final farewell between Nancy & Max.
shareSame. I couldn't stop crying when Amanda went out to be killed and Better Davis eyes started playing. This film really messed up my emotions!
