As for any mention of steroids, not really, but there is one close-up where we see one of the brothers injecting himself.
I believe it’s common knowledge that anyone involved in professionally wrestling is using an excessive amount of PEDs, and I’m glad they didn’t go overboard on showcasing its use, as the one shot of the needle going into the thigh was more than enough to get the point across.
The Iron Claw is telling a story, and that story is NOT about PED use.
Steroids was primarily only used in the WWF
