That's three McCarthy movies in a row that were horrible. I'm now putting her in the same category as Adam Sandler, Will Farrell, and Tyler Perry. Never again.

If you disliked 1 of her movies and saw a 2nd, and hated that, why on Earth are you here for a 3rd? That is strange. Why don't you go see something you know you will like??

I agree with you on all 3, except for Adam Sadler's last movie "BLENDED" IMO it deserved at least 4 stars.
Pretty much most of the movies the critics give 3 + stars sucks.

If you really think Blended was better than this, you have no credibility in the first place.

This isn't a great movie, but it's hardly a horrible movie.

Ya know on the car ride home I said to the 3 people I saw it with 'hey can you guys name me the last time that a movie was in theaters, that you paid hard earned money for, that was worse than that?'

Needless to say, they couldn't. I dont doubt we have, its just that it had to have been so long ago, we cant remember. This was the worst movie ive seen in theaters in quite some time...

I am a fan of Melissa and even I can tell from the trailer it isn't that good. I am waiting for the DVD.

The trailer really isn't the whole story for this movie. They do show a lot of the comedy gags but this is really more of a dramadey like Steel Magnolias or Fried Green Tomatoes.

horrendous movie. Wow!! I laughed for 5 min. Horribly written piece of junk. Felt bad for everyone associated with that movie. The only career hurt was McCarthy's and that director

Was that 5 minutes,the part they showed in the preview? The robbery was the comedy type that I expected to see for the whole movie,but instead it was more of a grand-daughter and grand-mother road trip movie! Very very misleading.
Oh and if you're putting lesbians in a movie,then don't mix a grandmother with a hottie,that's just "icky" lol I mean how do you have a lesbian party and no good looking hot action going on at all.
In the trivia they said Melissa's husband and her wrote down ideas for this movie on napkins because of a dream he had....IMO it was a NIGHTMARE and they should have wiped their faces with them instead!
Melissa,keep working,you are hilarious and I love when you do slapstick,you are great!! Just not in this one except for the robbery scene. (Which is why I watched this movie,because I,and others,thought "hey great the didn't ruin the whole plot in the preview")

Woman: "Why is he running? Why are they chasing him? Why is there a bomb in the car?"
Man: "Look,the movie just started 5 seconds ago. I just got her too!

I saw the promotion for this movie and had the common sense to not even waste my time and money watching this dreck. It looked like this movie was written and directed by eight year olds. Some of the unfunniest "comedy" I have ever seen. Without even watching it this has my vote for worst movie of all time and should clean up at the Raspberries. How on earth did Mellisa McCarthy ever become such an in demand box office star?

The Heat was pretty decent, but this was just average. There are plenty of films this year that are worse.

I actually wanted to see Drive Hard because it has Thomas Jane in it even though I heard it was bad and not just from you. The only one I have seen that you mentioned was I, Frankenstein and that did suck.

And in terms of the 2010s, I thnk Movie 43 was much worse.
