James Franco and the N word

Not a serious enough movie to drop that line. To have a white dude use the n word I should hope that it's at least something that will be meaningful (meaning that the movie in it's entirety was moving---not the word in and of itself) or maybe even critically acclaimed. But to just throw that in there, was super unnecessary and it seemed to me that the actors were just having a laugh at the movie (in general), and wanted to "say" it b/c they knew they could get away with it.

lame, franco.

lame.

I didn't even notice it

And a incredibly silly thing to get riled up about, it's just a word and perhaps it was to show the extent of wiggerism Alien was at... And I don't know about Riff Raff but for instance his friend the very much white girl V-Nasty uses the n-word all the time so it's not unheard of, especially with rappers who consider themselves 'down'

A good father and a good outlaw can't settle inside the same man.

It's just a word. One should not get that riled up over a word. Plus the hypocrisy behind this word is astonishing. Many black people call each other that on a daily, yet when a white person says it all hell breaks loose. Makes no sense unless it's said in a racist context and way. There's *beep* and then there's *beep* One means dude/homie and the other is a racist term. He obviously didn't mean it in a racist way, just like black people don't mean it that way when they say it.
