How can this be better than the Lion's King?

I haven't seen the movie, is it really that good? ??

It is a very good film in my opinion. In some aspects it is a better film but at worst they are pretty equal. I love the Lion King though, a real animated classic and in time I think the same could be said for Inside Out.

The Lion King has the edge for me, especially the soundtrack but my opinion might be skewed from sentimentality... being one of my childhood favourites :)

Still you must watch Inside Out, if you like the Lion King you shouldn't be disappointed.

I have loved the Lion King for over 20 years. Just saw Inside out, and I'd say it's the first kids movie since 1994 that even remotely compares to Lion King.

I'll have to see it at least once more before making any final judgements, but for now, I'd call it a tie.

It's hyped up garbage that deserves maybe 6 out of 10. I personally gave it 4 because it made me cringe so bad. Load of crap. Vomit...
But yeah, The Lion King is a much superior movie. The only thing that's better in Inside Out is that it's not a musical, they only sing a little song thingy once. In Lion King they sing like all the time.

The underlying themes and morals are better, but the plot is somewhat flawed, but it builds up to an AMAZING last 20 minutes. Better themes, not better overall movie.

It isn't THAT good...assuming you mean The Lion King.

The lion king is about a lion that hooks up with his half sister so there you go. If you like a movie about incest then stick with Lion King

It's not better than the Lion King in ANY way.
