How can this be better than the Lion's King?

Whether or not it is better than The Lion King specifically is subjective, though in my opinion it is.

Yes, this movie is amazing, and you should go see it if you haven't yet! :)

There is a loud minority of haters on this board but if you look at the ratings (8.3 on IMDb, 94 on Metacritic, 98% on Rotten Tomatoes) it is definitely a great film.

It is Pixar's most amazing idea yet, and director Pete Docter has clearly learned from the emotional prowess of his film Up to craft something even more emotional — in fact, it's literally about emotions. If you like Monsters Inc, Ratatouille, WALL-E, Up, etc., other Pixar films, then you will probably like Inside Out.

Yes...yes it is. The Lion King always had questionable writing issues and odd character choices. Inside Out is a masterpiece of heart, charm, and writing. 

I'd say it was pretty good but in no way as good as the Lion King. It does have a lovely ending though and is definitely worth seeing in my view.

As someone who loves both, I slightly love Inside Out more.

If you're a Pixar fan there's no reason why you shouldn't like this film.

If you like 'GLBT' sanctioned film applauding inclusiveness well this is your ski ride to WEHO....oh yeah babee....ohhhh GLBT....nothing wrong with that depraved lifestyle...think MASH meets Christopher Street.....oooohhh nnnnoooo...all is welcomed....all is sanctioned save that which states you'll wish you hadn't selected '...don't touch me there you savage' in eternity......

You want to see a great - no agenda driven kids and adult film go see 'Wreck It Ralph'...it's one that 'Obama Chevrolet' won't like...not enough 'colors' and a plot that is engaging, fun, has drama and has an antagonist that is a bit 'fruitopian'....oh yes....

Havent watched the "Lions King"; the preview looked like a pure kid movie.

This here isnt really a movie for kids, though kids might watch it as well, they will just miss much of the actual story.

Much like real fairy tales. They've been written for adults, too, not for children.
