How did Becky rig up Anthony (the leader of the small group) in front of the house with a grenade in his mouth, after he fell into her trap?

probably Becky forced anthony to do all at gun point. what bothering me though, why doesn't anthony just step forward, so when the door is opened, the pin is not pulled.

I kinda wonder how she dug that hole that Anthony fell into. She mentioned that someone left the keys in the tractor. So no one heard the noise while she was digging the hole? And where was the mound of dirt from the digging.

probably the hole is quite afar from the house, besides the house has good insulation
