I would have to say Cam and Mitchell because they've already been indoctrinated into the parenthood thing and are better at it than they were. Also they're a smidge older than David and Bryan, so they're a little more patient and a little wiser.

For one thing, they can really act and display all sorts of emotions and feelings, while David and Brian are playing one-dimensional characters. There is no depth, no pathos, no nothing, just going through the lines, one of them "queeny" as another poster said, and the other just plain boring.
Of course everybody's going to choose "Cam & Mitchell"; they're the couple who've been on the air the longest, so we've been able to see them grow more as a couple.
This show's only had 3 episodes; how much can we possibly know about David & Brian as a couple?

Cam and Mitchell by a mile. They are anything but smug, shallow gay stereotypes based off of Queer As Folk and make a really awesome, realistic portrayal of a gay couple raising an adopted child.
