shareWatched them all. Shut up, and dance is inarguably the best one out of all them. I can definitely see the lonely hacktivists out there like Mr Robot taking down the depressed scum of the world through cyber blackmail.

But honestly, not a stinker amongst them... or in the 3 seasons for that matter.

Play test is the only truly great one I think. They all have great ideas, and are well made, but the only one I found really engaging engaging was Play Test (haven't seen the soldier one yet). The direction, performance of the lead guy and injection of fun elevated Play Test above the rest. San Pederino or whatever it was called was the second best for me, but didn't make the most of its concept. The problem with Black Mirror for me is that it's always a bit flat/cold. Party the point, I know - but I think the length is wrong - 60 mins is too long for a short story, but too short to really build characters. I think they should just be 40 mins or so, and it would be more effective. I think it's a brilliant show, and Charlie Brooker is a genius, but hard to really 'love', if you know what I mean?

Shut up and dance/ Hated in the Nation are the only episodes that exposed the darkest reflection of mankind regarding trolling's effect in modern society (Dance). I thought Hated was going to be an A.I./Singularity version of M. Night Shamaylan's "The Happening" - a yawn fest on "climate change" Instead,I got two excellent episodes with merciless endings- Brutal.

Playtest and Nosedive were really good.
Men against fire was good.
The rest were ok. Hated in the Nation couldve been good, but it was long with unengaging characters.
Disclaimer: This is highly subjective. May contain minor spoilers but nothing that is not already found in the episodes description.
1. Hated In The Nation - A scenario that hits extremely close to home and that could happen in the next 20 - 30 years. It is the longest out of them all, well acted and it could stand as a full feature movie.
2. Playtest - Mostly because I've been in the guys shoes, because I've been a gamer and because I am fascinated about the potential of VR. As a plot, it wasn't that brilliant (it felt like a deus ex machina) but it had a nice presentation. I don't feel it was particularly smart but rather relied on plot twists.
3. Shut up and dance - The ending was very good and I was wondering why he is going to such a length for such a small thing. However, the plot device is overused in movies and TV (digging your hole like this).
4. Men against fire - It was predictable as hell as a similar movie (The Fifth Wave) used exactly the same plot device. However, it had a nice presentation overall.
5. Nosedive - The entire idea is neat but since I don't use Facebook or Twitter, it didn't really hit home for me. However, gamification and the quantified self movement is already a big deal and as someone who used FitBit and other devices, it makes sense.
6. San Junipero - It was a good episode and everything but I simply couldn't connect with the characters.
In any case, for me, Hated In The Nation is among the best movies I've seen this year, not just in this season.
