At least 17 due to the fact he's learning to drive. Even so, a first offence at his age, no it would not likely be serious jail time. I don't agree with Lorendorward's belief that Hector, the middle-aged family man who attempted to meet Mindy, the hooker, may have been trying to get with an underage girl. I think Black Mirror is the sort of tightly written show that doesn't leave room for such abstractions. Everything that is said by the characters, in this episode and the others, is said for a reason. If the reason is not apparent when it is stated, it will become apparent by the end of the episode. I think we have to take Hector at his word, that he was attempting to meet a 20-something hooker, Mindy, and that this knowledge would ruin his marriage and estrange him from his children. To those of you who raised the point that the two pedophiles were the only ones sentenced by these cyber-terrorists to a death-match, I agree with you whole-heartedly. Hector, the African-British man, and the female racist CEO were all spared that sort of reprisal. This was the writer's way of recognizing the less severe nature of their sins.
