A lot of folks are piping up to say, yeah, it's not that far-fetched.

For example, there are probably a lot of shrinks who could set a broken nose.

I think the film answered that question... they are more than able to fix a broken nose (would a film lie?).

he probably took some medical courses as a pre-med
