Optimistic. This is normally a terrible idea, but since there's so many ancient rockers still doing it, the potential for parody is pretty huge. This is a sequel that could actually have something more to say. Hopefully it's not just a nostalgic rehash propped up with endless celebrity cameos.

I do wonder, wouldn't it have served better to have old rock and/or metal acts join the fray?

Then again, they just might?
