Anyone else liked it more than the first one?

The problem I had with the first Machete was the fact that it had some serious parts and somewhat a social commentary. This one was pure ridiculousness and this is exactly what for me Machete stands for. Everything was spot on IMO. The bad acting, the ultracheesiness, the strap on gun, the god awful cgi.

I thought it was well made, but not as fun as the first, it didn't really draw me in.

They were about the same for me. Just senseless over-the-top entertainment. Both had certain scenes that I enjoyed.

I thought Mel Gibsons part was the only weak area of the story and it took a little while for the story to get going but once it did it was fine. Amber Heard was great pure campy hilarious gold. Michelle Rodriguez kicked ass as she always does. Jessica Alba was good in her cameo. The fight scenes were crazy and over the top that's what I love in this type of movie. Wasn't as good as the first but still a fun ride.

It was what I expected the first one to be. I went to the cinema to see Don Jon then halfway through decided that I wanted to see Machete Kills too as it was ending that week (plus, $2.50 Tuesdays.) So I went in and had so much fun. And that is by myself. I imagine if you watched it with a few friends and a few drinks it would be a great time.

Ya better than the first. Sheen, Gibson, La Chameleon & taking it out to space puts it over the top for me. Thought it was funnier too

I enjoyed Kills more than the original. It was crazy - basically what I expected Machete to be.
Even more psyched for kills again in space. That needs to happen!!
