Charlie Sheens real name is Carlos Irwin Estévez.
Come on people I'm swedish and even I know that his last name is Estévez.
His brother is Emilio Estevez and their father is Ramón Gerardo Antonio Estévez (Martin Sheen)for christ sake!!!

I think it's more to do with the fact that Machete, both the movie and the character, is Hispanic.
