My Favorite Phase 2 Film...

I like Thor, but it's actually my least favorite Phase 1 film. The Dark World, however, widens the scope of the MCU, and feels almost as epic as The Avengers.

Phase 1:

1. The Avengers
2. The Incredible Hulk
3. Iron Man
4. Captain America: The First Avenger
5. Iron Man 2
6. Thor

Phase 2:

1. Thor: The Dark World
2. Guardians Of The Galaxy
3. Iron Man 3
4. Captain America: Winter Soldier

I should add that I've enjoyed all of the MCU movies so far, and can't wait for Age Of Ultron.

I just bought Thor: The Dark World on Blu-Ray actually, and watched it yesterday for the 3rd time (I had previously watched it once in the Cinema and once on TV). Yesterday's viewing was definitely the best so far.
I really don't like ranking movies cause I find it unnecessary.
But however I do have some favorites from the MCU with Guardians of the Galaxy being overall the better of the bunch and imo one of the best comic book movies ever made, though I love them all (btw I'm a DC guy mostly).

My top favorites in no particular order would be ;

#Ant-Man
#Thor
#Captain America: The Winter Soldier
#Captain America: Civil War
#Iron Man 3
#Guardians of the Galaxy (My favorite)

My least favorite ;

#Captain America: The First Avenger
#The Incredible Hulk
#Iron Man 2

I hadn't watched any Phase 1 movies for a few years but re-watched Avengers last week to kind of bring myself back up to speed, then watched all the Phase 2 films over a few nights. As such my views on Phase 2 are bang up to date but I'm a little rusty with most of Phase 1. Should have started at the beginning really...!! Anyway:

Phase 1:

Avengers Assemble 9.5 / 10
Iron Man 8.5 / 10
Captain America 8 /10
Thor 8 /10
The Incredible Hulk 7 /10
Iron Man 2 5 /10 (the runt of the litter, so far)

Phase 2:

Thor: The Dark World 9 / 10
Avengers: Age Of Ultron 8.7 /10
Iron Man 3 8.5 /10
Captain America: The Winter Soldier 8 / 10
Ant-Man 7 /10
The Guardians Of The Galaxy 6 /10
