THOR is my favorite Superhero movie.. Dark World doesn't disappoint

I loved the first movie. Fish out of water story where 99% of the movie he doesn't even have his powers. So many funny quotes, reaction shots, and buildup. From what I saw of the Dark World trailers, it looked like it was just going to be a battle royale crapfest where the CGI takes the day. And was I WRONG!! The comedy was all there, the funny scenes, the big fight finale with all the transporting around... I just wish the soundtrack would have been more memorable. Overall 9/10

My wife and I thought this might be just another "sci-fi fu" type of flick but I was pleasantly surprised that there was a good story line, some romance, and (of course) plenty of action scenes that were well crafted and interesting.

I remember rolling my eyes at all these Marvel movies when they first started coming out. I was just sick of superhero movies in general. Then I saw The Avengers and then I saw most of the rest of the films. And the level of quality is astounding. Good stories, great actors in the parts, nice writing and no bad movies at all. I'm actually really looking forward to Civil War, Black Panther and any other movies they're going to make. Business really is booming for them.

Marvel had to win over those turned off by the WB and what Fox was pooping out. They have done just that but unfortunately the WB still has no clue. Look at how awful Batman V Superman turned out.
