i thought it was terrible
defenietly the worst toy story movie
share*Spoilers*
I liked it. But it's my least favorite of the four. In order for me, it goes 2, 1, 3, 4. The ending of the movie wasn't the problem for me. What I didn't like was how they completely changed Buzz and Bo Peep's characters. The same with making Bonnie completely ignore Woody. I thought Forky was cute, though. :)
I enjpoyed it, and thought Harmony (the name of one of the little girls) was iunspired, so was the idea of her grandma owning the store and the "Gabby Gabby" book being written with Harmony personaly being intentionally (by her grandma?) drawn in it to specifically promote Gabby Gabby, al;l isnpried ideads, and the four dummies looked EXACTLY like Slappy from Goodbumps x 4.
shareI agree that I enjoyed it, but it was the weakest of the four.
This might be because it followed three excellent films though.
I'd rank it at the top. It was aimed more at parents.
shareWas aimed by idiots and intended to send the wrong message to the masses... Overlook the evils of someone and let them have what they want with no consequences. Is that really what you want to teach people? Using the logic of Toy Story the Jews should have all hugged Hitler before jumping on a train to the concentration camps.

What exactly allows 'Forky' to live? If a spork with pipe cleaners can walk and talk... what prevents rocks and sponges or newspapers from doing the same? As they too can be a 'child's plaything'.share
In the original film, the toys had a 'watch dog' setup wherein toys would radio ahead if Andy or anyone else was coming to the room. In this film, they spring to life the second that Bonnie leaves the room. Given that Bonnie is younger than Andy was in TS1, it makes her more unpredictable. What prevents her from bursting back into the room a second after she leaves?
The toys originally operated by a 'frozen' in place procedure. That means, no matter what... they stayed where they were. Woody's head was almost ran over at the petrol station. He could have moved out of the way... but that wasn't how the toys were trained to act. In this one, they move and change position with humans present. Woody runs around a classroom... with multiple kids present. And tossing Forky back and forth to where the humans can find him... I dunno, if I was the father, i'd assume the house was haunted.
