Am I the only one who thinks this prom scene is better than the original
Surely this remake doesn't quite live up to its 1976 predecessor but the prom scene in this movie was quite epic compared to the original. In the original, it was quite silly about how they died by being blasted by water but in this version, people died Final Destination style which suits Carrie's murderous revenge onto her tormentors.
Also, the twins who got trampled and the girl that got whipped by the wires and burnt to death had the most brutal deaths in this movie tbh. I felt that Sissy Spacek was a bit too merciful than in this remake.
