With the premise of someone going on a crusade for "justice". Bonus points if they show a very degenerate/dystopian society.

I can only think of Hobo With a Shotgun (which was amazing).

Well, there's the vigilante genre with films like Death Wish, The Punisher and Harry Brown.

Then you got Falling Down. Which is not exactly a vigilante film, but it is about one man's fight against problems in society.

The most similar is perhaps Super, a combination of vigilante film and superhero parody. It even has a main character named Frank with a teen girl sidekick.

The Black Mirror miniseries as well, amazing work

"A Grande Art" aka "Exposure (USA)" - crappy title btw

Peter Coyote plays a fringe photojournalist in impoverished Brazil where he photographs poor society doing dangerous things with style.
