Scarecrow - Michael C. Hall

Mr. Freeze - David Dastmalchian

Poison Ivy - Charlize Theron

Bane - Dave Bautista

Ra's Al Ghul - Mads Mikkelsen

No super-powered villains. Bane is fine because he uses drugs to gain his power. But he and Scarecrow were used by Nolan so maybe too soon.

R'as Al Ghul is the silliest most try hard Batman villain. Can't take him seriously.

Matt Reeves said he wants to use Mr. Freeze. Not quite superhuman but kind of a weird character for this universe.

Freeze is a strange choice. Of course Reeves might just make him another serial killer one who freezes his victims. Just no superpowers. No Poison Ivy or Clayface. And this Batman doesn't need a Robin or Harley Quinn.
