Some of your choices seem spot on but others seem improbable. But, then again, I thought Michael Keaton was a terrible choice for Batman when I first heart the announcement. And look how that turned out. So what do I know?

*Alfred Pennyworth
Peter Capaldi, Ralph Fiennes. Yes. Robert Carlyle? Sure... if Alfred was psychotic and suffering from PTSD.

*Commissioner James Gordon
Nick Offerman. Intriguing choice. I'd be curious at least. Joel Edgerton would be my choice. Most of the rest don't carry the necessary gravitas imo.

*Oswald Cobblepott/The Penguin
Andy Serikis, Toby Jones. Inspired choices. Jonah Hill, Nick Frost... too associated with comedy.

*Selina Kyle/Catwoman
Don't recognize any of them, or have seen enough of their work.

*Harvey Dent
Oscar Isaac. Yeah, he's got that mix of charm and menace. Armie Hammer... too 'leading man' to pull it off.

*Edward Nygma/The Riddler
James McAvoy. The only one of this group who could pull it off and do a damn good job of it. I'd be so in for that and The Riddler is the one classic character we haven't seen enough of. (I try to forget Jim Carrey.)

*Jarvis Tech/The Mad Hatter
Crispin Glover. Gotta be. He might be even too wacky for the role.

Not Nick Offerman, but Ron Swanson as Gordon. He would be the first Commissioner Gordon to complain about how wasteful and ineffective the Gotham police department is and how much better a free market solution like the Batman is.
