It's the same story time after time
The manager or the chef is a jerk and the staff are treating the food unhealthy. Jon loses his mind and storms into the bar. He then proceeeds to go apeshit on whoever is responsible. Mr. Taffer brings in his experts and have the manager/chef apologize to the staff. Someone cries. He comes back the night after for a stress test wich fails miserably: the servants don't bring out the food fast enough, the guests have to wait for too long, the food is undercooked. Someone from the staff has to ask the customers to leave because the bar is closing, but it will re-open in a few days. The Bar Rescue team makes a complete overhaul of the bar, even changing its name if they have to. The next night everything works great, everyone is happy, everything flows perfectly. The manager/chef apologizes to Jon and promises he will do better in the future. The End.
I love Bar Rescue, but they could have covered more of the local community and/or interviewed some of the guests more. It would differentiate one episode more from the next. Do you agree or what's your ideas for improvements?
