Idiot Revews Film (Spoiler Alert)

Good points:

1) Good shot length
2) K's kitchen was perfect
3) Killed off love hologram and then he sees the Joi advert...very Black Mirror-esque
4) Rachel effects
5) Ryan Gosling wasn't that irritating
6) I liked how it went outside the walls (but kind of detracted from the noir feel it should have had)
7) Statues with boobies

Bad points:

1) Replaced interesting characters with boring women/characters weren't interesting like original
2) Visually/audio wise it didn't really bring anything new to the table although effects/direction were high quality
2.5) It reused a lot of colours/sfx/music
3) Way too much dialogue
4) Crappy Murder-She-Wrote daughter revelation
5) Wallace? He just stopped being in the film
6) Was it future noir?
7) Plot took forever to not really build up to that much
8) Deckard just sitting there like the helpless Princess
9) Not going to be a classic like the original
10) Death at end felt a bit forced, found myself not really giving a damn


Conclusion: They didn't understand what made Blade Runner good
