This "show" is still on??

Had the misfortune of recently catching a couple of episodes of this trainwreck, apparently one from 2013 followed by one from 2011. I assumed it was a short-lived bomb judging by the terrible writing and acting I saw and was gob-smacked to see that it is still on the air. Yeah, I know, just don't watch it/change the channel/yadda yadda, but honestly how did this show get beyond the first season? There seem to be no real plots and the dialogue is just a bunch of one-liners thrown back and forth that don't advance the story in any way (which I guess isn't a problem if there are no plots). It's like a Chuck Lorre show if Lorre had suffered massive head trauma.
