Man what a boring dumb episode, i wanted to scratch my eyes out everytime it showed Lena Dunham, why am i watching this random character i don't give a single fuck about? Why did she get an entire episode?

This didn't even seem like American Horror Story, the entire episode was basically a fucking flashback starring Lena Dunham, which was pure fucking torture to watch. Ryan Murphy please stop experimenting and trying different shit, just stop its always horrible, Roanoke is a another example of him trying something different.

Lol i believe that line is on the board of every David Lynch project ever. Sometimes stuff is just bad, the episode was boring as shit, and believe me i appreciate art when i see it, i like a ton of David Lynch movies. What Ryan Murphy put out in the latest episode was not art.

I would argue that the premise of the whole season is just bad. Its boring. It thinks its being clever with the political angle but its just obnoxious. And yes, Lena Dunham is repulsive in every conceivable way.

Well, look at the things you are complaining about! How dare Ryan Murphy try anything new? Especially in a genre like horror where everything has been done already and it's difficult to be innovative? That sounds ludicrous, and to not understand that an artist (and art) needs to evolve makes you sound like an extremely limited individual.

I personally LOVED the artistic choices in Roanoke - the documentary format, actors playing actors, etc. How anyone can complain about the show creators "experimenting" is beyond me.

I agree I thought the whole episode - especially the scenes with Lena Dunahm - was horrible! It came out of nowhere, had nothing to do with this season's story line and I fast forwarded almost the entire episode until just right before the end. I don't know what the writers were thinking, throwing this irrelevant garbage at us in the middle of a season. Hopefully it won't happen again. I was really loving this season.

Oh I agree - pandering to these sick fuuks like her, is the EXACT REASON Hollyweird is so dysfunctional. We are supposed to feel sorry for all the "sexual misconduct"?! No way. They bring itg on themselves living lives full of debauchery and applauding each other for it.

I'll keep watching just because I'm a completist.
