I got that vibe the way he came in her room and she acted annoyed with him like siblings do. Plus they do that pinky thing which makes me think they're twins.

In the fairy tale they were neighbors who loved each other like a brother and sister.

Yeah, Kai and Winter are siblings.

Its kinda weird they live together, especially since she said Kai scares her.

Perhaps they both have to split rents? Genuinely making some kind of living arrangements away from their folks?
