I had been saving shows on my DVR . I thought AHS was usually longer but i checked and the season was over.
So I figured I would watch it .
I was very unimpressed with the first episode. Got maybe 20 minutes into episode 2. I couldnt take any more . The format of the show is just dumb. I couldnt watch 10 episodes of that .
I know there are other shows that use that format of retelling a story through flashbacks and dramatization . But to use it for a season to tell one story?
Just way too much .
It just seemed like an excuse to have actors from other stories . You have Sarah Paul and Lily Rabe basically playing the same character.
I have watched the previous seasons and I thought they were one or 2 episodes too long. I was happy to see this season was shorter . So I figured they would be stronger . Nope. Take away the format of this season and it would maybe be 6 episodes long . Just a vehicle to stretch the season out .
I hope next years is way better .

agree with avlnvridies, ok imho Roanoke isn't unwatchalbe, is watchable but yes is the wrost season of this show

i hope season 7 is way better and i hope is the last season, 7 seasons are sufficient

I couldn't make it past ep 3, i think it was.

Just a big steaming wet pile of bad writing and bad acting.
And then when Male Tangina from poltergeist walked in, i had to go.

Did he proclaim the house "clean" in the end?
No forget it, I don't care.
