3. Hail, Caesar!
4. Ghostbusters
5. Anthropoid
Less than forget. But more than begun.

Anything by James Wan.
The Duel - could have been great but failed. Watchable, just failed by the director.
Sharknado 4.
Dont Breathe
Green Inferno
I cant remember the names of other crap I watched this year.
Oh yes I can. How could I forget how crap star wars was.
[deleted]
I didnt mind it but I think Eli has lost it. Same with Wan.
Interstellar was probably the crappiest movie I saw this year. I walked out halfway through.

I quite liked SLoP. Suicide Squad I heard was crap so havent bothered.
shareSince when had Eli ever had it?
Although speaking of Wan, his partner Whannell wrote a zombie comedy with Ian Brennen that, from the bit of it I saw, was pretty good.
I want to make a movie where Helen Keller can see dead people. It's called 'The Fourth Sense'
Good point, but I think he's nose dived into a face plant.
Whannell I have no interest in, and I'm totally over zombies so wont bother unless my husband wants to see it.
Lavalantula was mentioned by someone here yesterday. I might check that out for a laugh if I can overcome my arachnophobia...but probably not. I;m not sure what's worse - lava breathing tarantulas or whannell directing.
Fair do's. It's nothing that will blow you away, but the concept of a bunch of teachers trying to survive against a bunch of third to fifth year students that become zombies because of tainted lunch is actually pretty interesting. Not to mention that I'd say it was more Brennen's work given the humour.
You know, every time you interrupt someone, your penis gets a little shorter!
Ah that seals it. Thanks for the headsup. I dont like kids in my movies so I'll pass. Seriously, I like kids but I dont want them polluting my adult entertainment. I'm cranky that way.
shareI agree I found Sharknado 4 to be even more preposterous and crazy then the last three films and those I didn't mind .
Even worse is I found the 4th one boring for the most part.
I thought the first one was so bad it was bordering on pure genius. The others I thought tried to take themselves too seriously and they lost their spark for me. I tried to get Larosat to watch the first one but he refused.
shareLol yeah it was I tried to watch those spider movies which were similar to the Sharknado franchise but having arachnophobia nope hell no even lol
shareLOL. I dont know what those movies are but NOPE. I also have arachnophobia.
shareI stupidly watched the first one I thought I could do it and confront the fear but nope lol
I wound up looking around me and putting my hands over my eyes when I saw 8 legs come on the screen.
One part of the movie a huge spider was on the wall behind a poor unsuspecting victim and when I watched the movie Arachnophobia years ago a spider also crawled up on a wall behind my chair lol
Now I remember it was called Lavalantula about huge man eating spiders that could spit fire .
LOL. One reason I wont watch spider horrors. A spider always ends up near me.
Worst movie of the year - Deepwater Horizon.
Only kidding but I couldnt find the best movie thread. Wow this is officially my favourite movie of 2016. I loved it!🙌 I feel oscar nominations for Mark and Kurt.
No order:
Masterminds
The Girl on the Train
Sausage Party
Warcraft
Whiskey Tango Foxtrot
Why didnt you like WTF? I cant remember what I thought was wrong about it but mostly enjoyed it and was impressed with Tina Fey. I'm interested in that part of the world and like war correspondent movies. Casting a foreigner as the clownish Afghan politician was pretty stupid, though.

1. The Visit
2. The Boy

5. Can't think of a 5th one at the moment.
