So bad that i don't know what title i write...
I hate these kinda movies. They are very fast paced, immaturely directed by Netflix generation directors who never focus on story telling but rather make something and release it. This is why its been ages that we have seen a real good movie.
It's been very old that this formula is going on. They make a CGI creature and then apply "hit and run" formula. There are countless such movies, some in mainstream and a lot in less mainstream. Kong and also Godzilla are among these. The whole movie is about saving your a$$ rather a good story with properly written script and well casted actors who can give emotional performances rather than pale and flat faces where they know exactly what to do in a particular situation. The hero/heroine is master of all trades. There is no showing of background. The point where this cheap and filthy formula keeps working is that these movies are so fast paced that one doesn't notice such shortcoming and realizes them only once it ends.
Almost 95% of sci-fi being made these days are survival movies. There is no unique idea or a different approach. Neftlix and Prime have plagued every director to just involve in mass production and forget a whole lot of other stuff.
