Why do movie posters not organize the names to match the people below them? See this all the time

Was just thinking the same thing!

I guess Bill Burr needed top left to right billing, so maybe they should have shuffled their standing order rather than the names.

Probably has to do with who gets what billing ie. "First billing."

but it looks horrible from a graphic design standpoint

YEAH...I THINK THIS A LOT..BAD PLANNING I GUESS...THEY KNOW IN ADVANCE WHO GETS TOP BILLING...YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD TAKE THE POSTER SHOT SO THEY ALIGN.
